Return procedure: free return shipping

Fill in the provided withdrawal from the contract form and enclose it with the parcel or report the return to our customer service, e.g., by phone +48 507 339 101, by post to: MOSSA, Biuro Obsługi Klienta (Customer Service Centre), ul. Chrobrego 145/147, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, or by email: contact.ie@carmager.com.
For a free return label, please contact us at: contact.ie@carmager.com or by phone: +48 507 339 101. Pack the returned products and place the provided return label on the packaging.
Send the parcel via the designated courier company, following the instructions received with the return label.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal declaration, we will refund your payment within 14 days.
The amount due for your order will be refunded using the same payment method you have used for the original transaction, unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
